Since 1972, I have worked with people and organisations under development and in crisis. I offer support and organisational psychological services to individuals, small workplaces and large companies. Each assignment is conducted in close consultation with the primary client in order to assess known conditions and needs. My approach is then based on task orientation and functional support.

I have a broad network of qualified cooperative partners.

Main Concentrations

Organisational development/role analysis, transitions and growth, coaching, leadership development, crisis and conflict management, psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling. Seminars, training, and presentations on any of the above are also available.
